Chocolate Chip Cookies- Sugar Free

Here we are again, back to baking sugar free goodies with dextrose! This month I have some new Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes to share with you.

First of all, I must apologize for my long absence. I had to do further study for my day job and though I thought I would still have time for writing the website, unfortunately it didn't turn out that way.

For my return to cyber space I have refurbished Easy-Sugarfree.com with much better images, having finally learned how to use my digital SLR camera. Now the recipe photos look as good as they taste and will definitely tempt you to get baking!

I had great fun inventing these Choc Chip Cookies baked with dextrose. The first one turned out cakey, the second is awesome and follows more traditional expectations of a cookie and then I added cocoa to make double chocolate cookies - WOW! These are absolutely amazing!
